The short version: If you enroll and decide within 14 days that BTP is not the right fit, we will refund you in full — no hassle, no hard feelings. We want you in this program because it's genuinely right for your season, not because you felt stuck.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
To request a refund, email us at info@btpministry.org with your name, enrollment date, and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
After the 14-day window, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances — a family emergency, a health crisis, or a sudden unexpected situation — please reach out and we will do our best to work with you.
We do not offer refunds for:
If you enrolled on a payment plan, the 14-day refund window applies from your first payment date. If you request a refund within that window, all future installments will be cancelled and any amounts already paid will be refunded. After 14 days, future installments remain due as agreed.
For VIP Coaching, a refund of unused sessions may be offered if you cancel within the 14-day window. Once coaching sessions have been conducted, those sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions in a cancelled engagement will be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the refund window.
